: Mk.III's came from the factory w/the rear knock-off hub securing lug nuts peened to the wheel studs. Is this method still recommended when brake work is needed or is applying thread locker sufficient? Peening usually results in damaged lug nut threads upon removal.
Turn down morris1000 nuts from chamfered end this will ensure full threads on the cut down
If required you could drill corner of nuts.to wire lock as in aircraft
