brake slave cylinders

Concerning slave cylinders for rear brakes of a Turner Climax.
Since purchase of my car in 1972! I have noticed the rear brakes lock under emergency braking. I have just measured the piston diameter and find it to be 3/4 inch not the 5/8 inch it should be.
I have sourced some correct slave cylinders from PowerTrack in the UK but the 5/8 pistons are not available.
I am hoping someone somewhere has some. Please let me know if you do.
