: Is there any one out there who races a Turner with BMC front suspension who can give me an idea as to Camber, Caster and Toe in settings for the front end and any way as to be able to adjust the caster
I run a Turner with Midget front suspension, adjustable camber top links set to 21/2 deg negative camber, toe is set straight ahead with maybe just a whisker of toe in, caster is as per factory and I cannot remember what it is but more than Midget if I remember right. To my surprise the caster was spot on the same on both sides of the car. I had problems with understeer solved by increasing front spring rate to 500lb and reducing antiroll bar to standard Midget diameter, rear spring rate 150lb(coil over dampers). Front lever arms are new 30% uprated from Moss but with different shock absorber oil (try playing with different grade oils - I use motorcycle damper oil). I tried adjustable damoer valves from Rae Davis but on testing on shock dyno they performed less well than the set up I now have.
My car weighs circa 565kg ready to race and has a LSD and runs Yokohama A048 tyres medium compound.
Hope that all helps!
