Dear Joe,
Many thanks for sharing these great images , Unfortunately I can not see a reg number on the cars in the photos supplied and I have no records of H.A Rae against any of the ownership records of cars that were supplied to NI/Eire on the register.
There were a number of Turners that raced in both Northern Ireland and the ROI , but my ownership records for these cars that are known to survive are patchy , especially early 60s.

If you father can recall the registration numbers that were on the cars when he aquired them , or any history of how he came to aquire them that might help narrow doen the search.

I do have some old programmes for races in Ireland , and found one listing for a Team Turner Ulster ,at one event - W.M Tosh (Belfast) Turner 998cc and H.A Rae (Donaghadee) Turner Ford 1498cc - Ulster Automobile Club - 06/06/1964 - Bishops Court Co. Down

The main Turner outlet in Northern Ireland was Easy Built Sportscars of Belfast (Jimmy McKenna) who was appointed by Alexanders (Turner Distributors)

I hope this is of some interest , Any further photos of Info you might be able to supply would be most welcome.
