: My sister, Janet Lowry Chase, class of 1965, died on October 17, 2012 after living for almost a year with brain cancer. Janet spent most of her adult life in Deerfield, IL, partner in an accounting firm. In 2006, she and her husband retired to Red Bud IL. They were avid world travelers. She owned many Brittany dogs during her life and was passionate about the sport of field trialing, including winning a national championship. In gratitude for her service, she was inducted into the Hall of Fame at the National Bird Dog Museum last Feburary. I miss her deeply.
