My sympathy at on your profound loss. Although I never knew Mechelle, having graduated from KHS and moved away before she was born, I have lost a daughter to cancer, so I do share in the loss of a loved one.

May you find peace, and a continuation of your life, until you are together again.

: I don't know if this'll ever see the light of day. I never even went to your high school. My wife, a KHS graduate from 1985, formally... Mechelle Sturgis... did. She died from complications of multiple sclerosis on Apr. 27th, 2008. Chelle was the better part of me. We had four children. When Chelle passed away, so did my happiness. Nothing has gone right since. Frankly, I look foward to the day that I join her in the eternal world beyond. Although I go on, as she would want me to,there's not a moment that goes by when I don't miss her. Anybody who has never lost a spouse will ever understand the extreme pain & utter sence of grief which continues to permiate my soul. There is no closure, nor will there ever be another Mechelle.
