unknown thoughts and fear

Pujya shri bapuji ko mera pranam
last year in december 2010 i was dignosed for Arnold chairi malformation type 1 with syryngomyliea..i was then operated for it in march 2011 i have recovered and this december dr has reduced my medicines but i feel like i need medicines..if the disease will come back...i am scared ..dr say if u will feel the symptoms definately they will presist bbut i am not strong enough...i dont know wat to do how to be positive please help...
