To add User License in QuickBooks Desktop, follow these steps:
1. Open QuickBooks Desktop.
2. On the left side of the screen, click on the Tools tab.
3. On the Tools tab, click on the Add New Item button.
4. In the Name field, type the name of the new item.
5. In the Category field, type the name of the new category.
6. In the Description field, type the description of the new item.
7. In the Price field, type the price of the new item.
8. In the Currency field, type the currency of the new item.
9. In the Add to Cart button, click on the button.
10. In the confirmation dialogue, click on the OK button.
11. The new item will be added to QuickBooks Desktop.
