Hello everybody. In a few days I'll be getting a pair of sibling pineapple green cheeks. I found a store manager, rather than a breeder, who cares for and raises birds for his breeders. I explained to him that due to my lack of cash, I was searching for a parrot that was of no retail value due to basically any kind of defect. Jesus was with me because he'd just recieved two baby gcc amongst a healthy clutch that had their feet/talons mangled by their parents. One of which has no foot at all. The other having the digits on each mangled. These babies will not be able to live in a nice cage when they're sent to me. And it has been recommended that they be kept as they are now in a large, clearish tote with rabbit bedding. I come here to this forum in the hopes of ideas, recollections of similar experiences, anything basically that will help me improve the quality of their life. All suggestions and knowledge are welcomed. And I humbly thank you in advance.
