You might want to take her to the vet. Sudden plucking in a specific area like that may be from skin irritation. Some skin infections can cause plucking.
Or have you changed the type of bedding you use, or has she just started walking through the bedding? Some kinds of bedding can cause problems as well. Cedar bedding can actually cause feather loss (not just plucking). I also heard of someone who had her conure pluck the feathers on its legs after she changed the cage bedding from ordinary paper towel to non-bleached paper towel, thinking it would be safer. Turned out the chemicals used to whiten the non-bleached towel caused skin irritation.
