It's perfectly normal. More and more breeders are working with color mutations of GCC's like pineapple and yellow-sided, and trying to breed these mutations for even more yellow and red color. It basically means that by now even most of the 'normal' color GCC's have some trace of the more colorful genetics or even are split to the mutations and it tends to show as stray yellow and orange feathers or more yellow on the belly.
The GCC color mutations seem to be very healthy unlike mutations in other parrot species (the yellow-sided mutation naturally occurs in the wild).
