Thanks Deborah,

Grapes only congtain .08 of RE (retinol Equivalents, its the lowest in RE except for maybe an apple, banana, strawberry & pears.

For instance a Carrot contains 28.12 RE

I keep a list of all fruits and Veggys for contents of RE, its kinda handy.

F.Y.I

Retinol is essential for maintaining normal skin and mucous membranes and helps maintain resistance to infection. Vitamin A, which is necessary for the growth and repair of cell membranes, plays an important role in the well-being of your birds. Vitamin A helps to maintain the soft, moist condition of the cells in the skin and lining of the digestive tract. This vitamin is also related to the health of the eyes and the prevention of night blindness.

Scooter :)
