I guess, the value very much depends on the condition of the components and the engine and how complete the project plane is. I have a couple of pictures of your plane in my Sedan Gallery http://www.n1331h.com/sedan_gallery/15ac-094_n1075h_03/, but it's hard to tell from them. Roughly, I would estimate $25000 if it is disassembled but complete with an engine that needs overhaul. A flying Sedan probably averages between $35'000 and $55'000, again, depending on several factors. These are just rough estimates and I might be wrong. Hope, this helps, Matt
