Last year I was reading the reports about people filing claims (I find strange things on the internet that interest me!)

One of the claim categories is "Shoulder Injury Related to Vaccine Administration".

So, if your pharmacy tech had a bad technique that injured you then you can get compensation. Not pain and suffering such as from a lawsuit, but they made payments not just for medical bills but also for lost time from work.

I once had frozen shoulder (not from a vaccine) and it took me almost a year to get better. I would not have been able to work as I could barely move my dominant arm. I hope that never happens to me again!
