This has been going on for 6 months and it may be from things I am doing at my desk or around the house. I lost 4 inches in height from thoracic wedge compression fractures so everything is inconveniently higher (kitchen counters, desk, etc). I even bought a draftsman chair for my desk because the regular ones are way to low now (and always were because I'm short-waisted).
I had tendinitis on that same shoulder many years ago and had to go on steroids. Turns out it was leaning on the arms on my desk chair which I never have anymore. It was so bad I wound up in the ER thinking I had a shoulder dislocation or something. No more chair arms!
Yes, hoping it's repetitive and not a tear.
