and pain meds before I could use my arm/shoulder again. It was even too painful to sleep on that side.
My orthopedist didn't believe me when I said it happened a week after an injection, but no tears on MRI or CT scan (can't remember which one). He wanted to scope the shoulder but I said no invasive surgery until I tried noninvasive methods.
When I went to PT, the therapist said she gets people all the time who get inflammation after an injection in their arm and PT usually does the trick.
I hope you didn't tear it.
