I am upset about it (sm)

I am just glad that I got it fixed. Text and email still worked, just not the telephone part. I have the phone in case of emergency and it was only by chance that DH called me one day rather than texting.

There is no where that I found any info on resetting the Smart phones for the upgrade - just the blurb about flip phones no longer working. DH's phone seemed to update itself, but mine did not. Somewhere they should have the instructions (that I posted here) for those of us whose Smart phones didn't change automatically.

Thank you for the link to get the credit. The $$ isn't a big deal to me, but they made me mad enough that I am going to apply for it!!
