: I have had 3 Dysons. The first arrived and I freaked out --- it actually VACUUMED. I then realized that every other vac I had had was just a toy.
: So, vac #3 works as expected. It "sucks" great and is easy on my back.
: The problem was that it had a short "run time". DH has taken it for routine service twice and each time he "forgot" to ask them about the run time issue. It bothers me, as I used to be able to vac the whole house with one charge and this new vac could only make it a bit more than half way.
: Yesterday he took it and again forgot to ask about what I wanted to know. So I got on line and found out it should have 40 minutes of charge ... but I timed it today and it was just under 14 minutes.
: So, I braved the chat with Dyson. Lovely lady, lots of fun (yes we chatted about cats). And a new battery is headed my way, for free under warranty!
: I am so happy. Hardly ever does something end up with me being very happy -- usually some company gives me a bit and I accept it. This was exactly what I wanted/needed and I didn't have to beg.
: So, here I am. Just letting ya'll know if you ever need a new vacuum then spend the $$ to get a Dyson. It is a REAL vacuum and their service is wonderful.
: (FYI - I am a regular here, not a paid advertisement. I am just this happy and thought I should share.)
