I have traditional Medicare with an AARP Plan G supplement.

once Part B Deductible is met ($233 for 2022). There is no 'in network' with traditional Medicare as long as the doc or anesthesiologist takes Medicare assignment. My colonoscopy was completely covered.
The only time a situation would be 'in network' is if you have Medicare Advantage plan which works just like an HMO.
