A friend of mine knows someone who is very ill, just had brain surgery who had cardiac medical supplies delivered to his home and immediately some kid on a bike came by and stole the package. He called police and while the police were there, the kid rode by on the bike and gave him and the cop the finger. Immediately after that the kid was hit by a car and he's in pretty bad shape. May not be stealing packages off porches anymore.
