I tried topical apple cider vinegar (1 tbsp in 1 c water), but it worsened my foot itching.

This is a truly maddening condition. I used to use T/Sal shampoo when I had scalp itching, but am now using T/Gel about once a week and that helps my scalp. Thank God I don't have scalp psoriasis (knock on wood), but I do have occasional itching and little acne-like bumps.

I'm looking at topical pine tar now, but I'm not sure what to try. I'm thinking the one for horse hooves, but what do I know? I see the dermatologist again on Tuesday to start Skyrizi, but I would love to have relief from something other than a strong medication with a zillion side effects.
