We did recently have a problem with a chair we ordered from Costco 2 weeks ago. It showed scanned at the origination FedEx location but didn't show up again until it was at the local hub for delivery. Nothing in between.
I think maybe FedEx was overwhelmed from orders around Black Friday weekend and things weren't getting scanned in due to high volume.
