whole up procedure?? (sm)

DH has prostate cancer and OBH. One of the options is HoLEP.

DH freaked out when he read "whole up" in the Progress Note on his Patient Portal.

One look and I realized it was HoLEP, which had already been explained to him. So I reminded him that Voice Recognition is why I retired. And at our next appointment on Tuesday I'll point it out to the doctor!
