Maybe add foods every day that contain potassium and you should be covered without needing a manufactured pill.
Salmon
Sweet potatoes
Cucumbers
Broccoli
1/2 c cooked spinach
So many choices and no additional prescriptions or supplements needed. Plus many of the foods are high in fiber which helps control blood glucose levels.
