I have the thermostat at 78 degrees during the day and turn the temp to 77 degrees when I go to bed at night. I'm a bit of a skinny mini, so I get cold easily.

I die in the winter because my place uses something called a heat pump. In actuality, it is an air conditioning pump. I had never, ever heard of a heat pump in the DC area. All of my life, I was only familiar with oil heat, gas heat, and baseboard electric heat. Had I known then what I know now about heat pumps, I would have never moved here. Ugh!
