What about budget billing? I have budget billing for my gas and electricity. I pay around $55 a month for my electricity and $60 per month for my gas bill. That is the amount I pay every month for a year. It is then averaged out for a year and depending on usage, may go up or down. Also, because I am over age 62, I have a month rather than an approximately 4-week time frame to pay those bills rather than a 2-week time frame.
