I had a catastrophic water leak on original hardwoods from SM

I don't know when. Very much worth saving. The rescue company (that's not what their real classification was) had around 20 heavy duty industrial air movers going here for 2 weeks. Yeah, my light bill was $404! Then this month it calmed down considerably to $116. Whew. I live by myself and keep it ohn 75. I never even change it to go to bed or anything. No meddling with the thermostat. I did not love thelight bill OR the irrigation bill from the water company - we were trying to turn the water off at the road and thought it was the neighbors so we turned it back up full force. Alas, it was my irrigation system. So that was $125 It ran all night till I realized what it was.
