Anyone smudge with sage?

I've seen videos on this sage stick smudging but I do not believe it really does anything, looks more like a gimmick/ritual. But I am curious about the scent itself, if it would make the house smell nice, like an incense thing (although I do not like a burnt smell). If it smells like the sage spice you use in cooking, that reminds me Christmas. Is it anything like that?

Try burning bay leaves. They disperse all the bad smells and leave a nice one. Plus, some say inhaling a bit of the smoke takes away a headache. Sat, Aug 21 2021 at 09:10 AM CDT (1)
