Filing a claim with UPS online is nearly impossible! They require so much information and it HAS to be put in the exact correct place or it kicks you out. This last time I FINALLY was able to complete my claim online. However, I have heard nothing for 2 weeks now. My package was delivered to someone else and I have no idea where the hell it went.

: It talks about people not using retailers anymore when having delivery problems, but I'm at the point of not shopping at all online unless it's a very important item I cannot get in a store. The whole process has become so annoying and I am trying to eliminate stress from my life.
: On top of which, when you do have a problem with a shipment, good luck getting an American customer service agent.
