I have ordered more on-line than previously, probably like most people.

The only blame I place on a store if they use one particular delivery service (I won't name because it's my problem that I hate them with a burning passion.) I try to find out before I order how something will be shipped (not always easy) and once I find out it's shipped through that particular company, I don't shop that store any more. I have had nothing but bad experiences with that company, both personally and professionally, and avoid them like the plague.

Other than that, the store really doesn't control what happens once the package leaves their hands, so I find it hard to blame them for delivery issues.
