: You're not going to fix the problem of delivery companies and drivers who don't care if the package gets delivered right to the right place or not with an app. The biggest issue as I see it is turning so many of the people who do the actual delivering into gig workers whose only interest is in how many packages they can drop off somewhere, anywhere, doesn't matter where, how fast because that's the basis they're paid on.
: And the more packages that get to where they are supposed to go right side up, unbroken, on time, and left in a secured location, the less anyone needs to communicate to the customer about the delivery.
