These percentages seem high to me and it appears worse than I thought.
It talks about people not using retailers anymore when having delivery problems, but I'm at the point of not shopping at all online unless it's a very important item I cannot get in a store. The whole process has become so annoying and I am trying to eliminate stress from my life.
On top of which, when you do have a problem with a shipment, good luck getting an American customer service agent.
