that was *supposedly* handed directly to the resident (it wasn't) and Amazon now has the policy of waiting 48 hours before they will take action and issue a refund. Did Live Chat 3X trying to get this resolved. I've come to the conclusion that if a pkg is missing and a photo of it laying by my front door doesn't accompany delivery; delivery person is getting creative with missing pkg.
From the time of purchase to missing pkg non-delivery was 8 days. Additional 48 hrs meant 10 days they held my payment. Very grrrr...
