MRI ?’s. My sis has been diagnosed w Alzheimer’s. SM

I recently had an MRI due to 1-sided hearing loss & I got a copy of the report. Now I am worrying about Alzheimer’s!

It shows “Microangiopathic changes” & “focal neuronitus or vascular artifact with scattered areas of FLAIR signal.”

Just researching online about these this makes me nervous. Any input ? Of course I know there’s nothing to stop Alzheimers or dementia, but I want to plan accordingly.

I don’t have followup for 3 more weeks & am anxious about the findings.
