Easy way to test it is to avoid dairy in all forms Also have to avoid whey protein as it's dairy so need to pay close attention to ingredients. Can be surprising how much stuff has it that you never would've even guessed had dairy (like some flavored potato chips) for about a week. For me the difference was obvious within 2-3 days.
