Anyone here gluten free? Or allergic to it? I looked up (SM)

my symptoms of bloating, painful belly, diarrhea mixed with constipation etc, fatigue, etc & I have most of the symptoms of IBS AND gluten intolerance. I was going to request bloodwork testing from my PCP. I cannot take this bloating/diarrhea any more! I never feel like my bowels are empty. Today I had constipation & after straining I feel empty. Finally.

I did read that I have to be eating gluten for the test to show allergy.
Anyone else?
