My office area is 80 degrees all summer (with the rest of the house A/C set at 75-76). I've been using a small fan on the floor but it's just blowing more hot air. Was thinking of trying out one of those portable A/C coolers but it uses water in the cooling system and wondered if that would make it humid in the room. (I can't put in a window AC because our HOA doesn't allow them.)

: I was looking to order one like this one (link). Anyone else have experience with these things? (It doesn't look too complicated and looks like it would be easy to move around to any area.)
