To Make A Little.
Potatoes..........3-4 large
Celery............ 1-2 ribs
Dry Onion OR..... .1 teasp
OR Fresh Onion......2 teasp
Miracle Whip....... .2 Tbsp
Vinegar.............1 teasp
Mustard.............4 teasp
Salt................4 teasp
Pepper............1/8 teasp
Paprika...........1/8 teasp
Celery Seed.........2 teasp
Sugar...............2 teasp

To Make More:
Potatoes........ 2-3 pounds
Celery............ 1-3 ribs
Dry Onion OR.. ....2 teasp
Fresh Onion.........4 teasp
Miracle Whip........1/4 cup
Vinegar.............2 teasp
Mustard...........1/2 teasp
Salt..............1/2 teasp
Pepper........... 1/4 teasp
Paprika.......... 1/4 teasp
Celery Seed.... ... 1 teasp
Sugar.............. 4 teasp

To Make Even More:
Potatoes........ 5-6 pounds
Celery............ 2-4 ribs
Dry Onion OR. ..... 4 teasp
Fresh Onion... 2Tbsp+2teasp
Miracle Whip....... 1/2 cup
Vinegar............ 4 teasp
Mustard............ 1 teasp
Salt............... 1 teasp
Pepper............1/2 teasp
Paprika...........1/2 teasp
Celery Seed.........2 teasp
Sugar............sp+2 teasp

To Make a Lot:
Potatoes......... 10 pounds
Celery............ 3-5 ribs
Dry Onion OR.. 2Tbsp+2teasp
Fresh Onion........ 1/3 cup
Miracle Whip..........1 cup
Vinegar...... 2Tbsp+2 teasp
Mustard............ 2 teasp
Salt............... 2 teasp
Pepper............. 1 teasp
Paprika............ 1 teasp
Celery Seed.......3-4 teasp
Sugar...............1/3 cup

Peel, dice, and cook (or cook, peel, and dice or slice) potatoes. Chill potatoes.

Slice celery.

Soak dry onion in cold water to cover while mixing rest of ingredients. Drain well, pressing out excess water. If using fresh onion, chop/mince it.
Combine rest of ingredients and mix well, adding onion after it is reconstituted.

Pour over cold potatoes, mix well, and chill at least an hour or two for flavors to meld.

If you make a lot of the dressing, you can just use what's needed for the potatoes you have cooked and save the rest in a jar in the fridge. Keeps well for a long time, like most salad dressings. Then use as needed.
