Pumpkin Fudge Recipe

Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan.
3 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter
5 oz. evaporated milk
1/2 cup pumpkin
*1 10-12 oz. pkg. white chocolate chips
*1 tsp pumkin pie spice OR
1 7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
3/4 cups chopped walnuts

In heavy saucepan, combine sugar, butter, milk, pumpkin and spice. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils. Reduce heat and continue gentle boil until soft ball stage (232 on candy thermometer), 20-25 minutes, stirring often. Adjust heat to maintain steady boil. Stir in chips until melted. Add marshamallow cream and nuts. Spread in pan. Let cool. Cover and rerigerate. Do not freeze.

*You can substitute a package of cinnammon chips and omit pumpkin pie spice. These cinnamon ones are hard to find around here. I think Hershey's makes them.
