: FROG EYE SALAD
: 1 cup dry acini de pepe pasta cooked al dente according to directions (I left mine in cold water while I made other ingredients.
: 1 box instant vanilla pudding (Use pistachio if you want salad to be green.)
: 2 cups milk
: 8-oz container Cool Whip, thawed
: 1-2 cans mandarin oranges
: 1 can crushed pineapple
: 1 can pineapple tidbits
: 1 bag mini marshmallows
: Cook pasta al dente. Make instant pudding in medium bowl and refrigerate. When pudding is set, fold in Cool Whip.
: Drain fruits. In very large bowl, mix mini marshmallows into fruit.
: Fold in pudding/Cool Whip mixture, then fold in drained acini de pepe pasta.
: Allow to sit several hours or overnight. Stir before serving.
