FROG EYE SALAD
1 cup dry acini de pepe pasta cooked al dente according to directions (I left mine in cold water while I made other ingredients.
1 box instant vanilla pudding (Use pistachio if you want salad to be green.)
2 cups milk
8-oz container Cool Whip, thawed
1-2 cans mandarin oranges
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can pineapple tidbits
1 bag mini marshmallows
Cook pasta al dente. Make instant pudding in medium bowl and refrigerate. When pudding is set, fold in Cool Whip.
Drain fruits. In very large bowl, mix mini marshmallows into fruit.
Fold in pudding/Cool Whip mixture, then fold in drained acini de pepe pasta.
Allow to sit several hours or overnight. Stir before serving.
