: For the dressing: 2 T Italian dressing (fat free works fine too), 2 T low-sodium soy sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon (or more according to preference). Mix this all together and drizzle over your salad.

: I made this the other night and had this as the only side dish with a pork tenderloin I made too. I'm trying to get DH to eat some greens. He hates greens. He even asked if he was supposed to eat the "stem" of the "leaves." LOL!
