: Small head of lettuce, cut up. I like my pieces bigger than coleslaw, so I don't shred. Spread out in a 11x14 casserole dish. In a bowl, mixed about 1 pound each, ground beef and ground pork, 2 cups cooked rice, spices of your choice. Mix like a meat loaf and drop pieces into casserole dish. Cover with tomato sauce of your choice - I have developed a fondness for Emeril's Gahhlic sauce with a little water. Cabbage doesn't have to be completely covered with the sauce mixture, just enough to cook the cabbage. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, cover with foil, and bake for approximately 1 and 1/2 hours at 350 or until cabbage is soft.
