1. 1 dozen eggs
2. 12-16 slices sandwich bread torn into pieces
3. 1 pound sausage browned and drained.
4. 2 cups milk
5. Salt and Pepper to taste
6. 1 tsp dry mustard (optional - we never use this just because I don't keep it in the house)
7. 1 package of shredded cheese of your choice (we usually use Colby-Jack or Sharp Cheddar).
Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Line the pan with the torn bread. Sprinkle sausage across the bread. Mix eggs, milk, cheese, salt/pepper, dry mustard together and pour over the bread. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300 degrees uncovered for 1-1/2 hours.
