1/2 CUP FLOUR
2 CANS CREAMED CORN
1 CUP HEAVY CREAM
1 MED. CHOPPED ONION
1 BAG YUCON GOLD POTATOES (1 LB)
1 BOX CHICKEN BROTH (16 OZ)
1 MED. BOX VELVETA
PUREED JALAPENO PEPPERS (CANNED OR FRESH)
DICE POTATOES (UNPEELED)
CUT VELVEETA INTO SQUARES
SAUTE CHICKEN BREASTS AND CHOPPED ONION IN BUTTER. CUT UP CHICKEN AND SET ASIDE
ADD FLOUR, COOK UNTIL BUBBLY, ADD CHICKEN BROTH STIRRING CONSTANTLY UNTIL THICKENED
ADD VELEVTA CHUNKS, STIR UNTIL CREAMY
ADD CREAMED CORN AND PUREED JALAPENOS
ADD CREAM
ADD DICED POTATOES AND SIMMER UNTIL POTATOES TENDER
