These perfectly seasoned chips don't even need dip!

1 medium potatoo
1 medium sweet potato
2 T canola oil
2 T grated Parmesan
1/2 t salt
1/2 t garlic powde
1/2 t dried oregano
pepper

Peel veggies and cut into 1/8 in slices (very thin). Place in large bowl. Drizzle with oil. Combine remaining ingredients, sprinkle over potatoes.

Arrange in single layer (may need 2 baking sheets if they don't fit). Bake 375 for 15-20 min until golden brown, turning once. FABULOUS snack for kids!
