crumble/shred meat and put on bottom of baking pan, spread mashed potatoes on top, add some gravy to keep it from getting dry (homemade or mix or jar/can), add your favorite shredded cheese, and then add biscuit topping (either use canned, or make the dough and roll out to 1/2 thick to the size of pan...ie 9x13 pan roll dough to a rectangle that is 1/2 thick or so). Bake according to biscuit directions. Let stand for about 5-10 minutes and then serve.
This works great for just about any meat that you would eat potatoes with. Sometimes I do it from scratch without having leftovers, using hamburger meat.
