Super duper easy.
1 roast (I just use whatever is on sale - pot roast, rib roast, whatever).
1 packet au jus
1 packet dry italian dressing
1 can beef consomme (or I use beef broth)
Combine au jus, italian dressing and consomme in crockpot. Place roast in and cook on low for 8-10 hours. I actually put my roast in frozen and have found that it turns out a lot more tender than if the roast had been thawed out. This is a favorite at my house!
