Chicken and Dumplings

In a large pan, boil 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. To the water, add 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, and garlic powder. When done, remove chicken and cut into small pieces. To the water, add 1 stick of butter.

Dumplings:
2-1/2 cups flour
teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/3 cup Crisco

Mix above. In a cup, beat 2 eggs. Fill this cup with milk. Stir into flour mixture. Mix well. Place on floured surface and knead well. May have to work extra flour in, as the dough needs to be very stiff. Roll out to about -inch thickness. Cut with pizza cutter (or knife) into squares. Drop into hot broth. Boil for 10 minutes, uncovered. Do not stir. Add chicken and 1 can Pet milk. Turn off heat, cover and let sit for about 30 minutes.
