We had a discussion about this several weeks back. I just bought some Hungry Jack boxed scalloped-type potatoes, and it has a chart on it.
Looks like the rule of thumb is to increase cooking time by 5 minutes for each 25 degrees you decrease the temperature.
Box says to cook these at 450 F for 20 minutes. But there's a chart that shows:
30 minutes at 400 F
35 minutes at 375 F
40 minutes at 350 F
45 minutes at 325 F
Doesn't show 425 F, which is what I wanted the oven to be at to bake a pumpkin pie, so I did 25 minutes at 425, and they came out just right.
